Chinese Pakora Recipe - Easy Recipe For Beginners

Working from home during the lockdown is quite hectic. And for me as a teacher, the session seems never-ending. I have to respond to parent and student emails even in the middle of the night. It gets quite taxing and can be quite stressful.

At the start of the lockdown, I had planned to use this lockdown productively. One of the things on my To-Do list was to learn cooking. Well, with the workload, this seemed next to impossible. Luckily, I did manage to experiment and prepare a few dishes, thanks to my teacher, The Internet.

One of the dishes that I prepared was Chinese Pakora. It is also known as Veg Chinese Manchurian or Gobi Manchurian or Chinese Bhajiya at some places. It is a very famous Mumbai street food. It is a perfect snack to be relished during a rainy day with tea or coffee.

With the help of a few Youtube videos, I tried to prepare this snack. And believe me, it turned out awesome. Here is the short and simple recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cabbage / Gobi (Finely Chopped)
