I ordered the product from Amazon. The product came in a well-packed box. The face pack powder comes in a simple clear plastic tub/container with a golden lid. The yellow label across the container contains all the necessary details like ingredients and steps to use. It's fairly easy to store. Remember to close the lid tightly once you finish using the powder.
Steps to Use
The product is fairly simple to use. For best results make sure you use the product thrice a week. Before you use the product, make sure you do a patch test on your inner elbow to check for any allergic reaction. Here are the steps:
1) Wash your face with warm water and pat dry.
2) Mix the powder pack with the desired mixer as mentioned on the pack.
(Rosewater or milk for dry skin, Normal water or Aloe vera Gel for normal to oily skin)
3) Apply a thin layer of the pack on the face and neck
4) Leave it undisturbed for 10-15 minutes
5) Massage and rinse well with water.
6) Finish by applying any moisturizer or gel if your skin feels too dry.
My Review
I have been using loose bentonite clay face pack for years now. Bentonite clay indeed has many skincare benefits. Personally, I have experienced glowing and smooth skin after use. I was very happy to see that it is one of the ingredients in the face pack powder.
My skin type falls somewhere under the category of normal to oily. Hence, I decided to use simple water along with the powder. I have applied the pack twice before jotting down my review. As the label mentions, for best results, you need to use the product at least thrice a week for four weeks. However, personally, I have experienced a difference right from the first use itself.
The powder is very fine and not lumpy or gritty. This helps it to blend well while making the paste. Another amazing thing is that just a little powder is needed to make the paste for your complete face and neck. Again, it is very easy to apply. You can use your finger or an application brush to apply the paste to your face.
The first thing you feel is a cooling effect on your skin. The product is very gentle on the skin. At times, there is a slight tingling feeling here and there.
Though the packaging asks to leave the product on for at least 10 mins, I prefer to rinse it off before it dries completely. While rinsing, I always massage my face and then wash it off first with warm water and then with cold water.
From the first use itself, I could notice a visible glow on my skin. I felt my skin soft, tight, and smooth. Personally, I didn’t feel my skin dry. However, if you feel your skin dry, apply moisturizer, or gel.
The best thing is since all the ingredients were natural and chemical-free, I didn’t experience any breakouts or side effects. Of course, to see a drastic change, you need to use it for the long term.
For now, the discounted price of the product does make it affordable. However, if it goes back to its previous prices, it may be a bit pricey and not everyone would be able to purchase it.
I am in love with this face pack. At the discounted price, it is pocket-friendly, easy to use, and full of benefits. I would surely recommend my readers to try it out.
